Using MapBrowser you can export (download) all Nearmap 3D Products, and then use the content in third-party applications.
To export 3D content, you must have a subscription with 3D export permissions with available export credits. Export allowance is counted at the time of the export. Download the exported files at any time via the Downloads panel without reducing the data allowance.
