Location | Select to view properties across a specific geographic area such as State, County and/or ZIP (ZCTA).
Clicking a region on the map or list automatically applies the filter and shows data for that region. |
Land use | Filter by property type/usage - residential, commercial, dense residential, high rise, industrial, other and sparse residential. Also select whether you want to compare the resulting properties against all benchmark properties or only those benchmark properties that match the selected land use filters. Nearmap's land use classification is based on the Urban Grammar project, and approximates the general category of land use in the area. |
Renewal date | Filter properties with policies renewing within a selected date range - next 90 or 120 days. Use the date picker to select a custom date range. |
Underwriter | Filter properties tied to a specific underwriter. |
Agent | Filter properties by the agent handling the policy. |
Line of Business | Limit results to a specific coverage category code. |
Flags | Filter properties by the flags set for properties and/or their status. |
