Congratulations — you’ve just equipped your team with a powerful solar design and proposal tool that will help you win more customers and streamline costs. Using Nearmap's high resolution imagery in the OpenSolar platform is easy to set up.
Which version of OpenSolar?
If you joined Nearmap on OpenSolar on or after November 4th 2021, you'll automatically enjoy the benefits of the OpenSolar 2.0 platform.
If you joined prior to November 4th 2021, you'll be using the OpenSolar 1.0 platform. To try OpenSolar 2.0 at any time, select the OpenSolar 2.0 option when you log in. There is no additional cost to move to the OpenSolar 2.0 platform.

Before you start - link your accounts
Regardless of the OpenSolar version you're using, you must link your Nearmap and OpenSolar accounts first.
Account administrators
Before you and your team can start designing and creating proposals in the OpenSolar platform, link your Nearmap account to your OpenSolar account.
Log in to Nearmap and click on the Go to OpenSolar button to log into the OpenSolar platform.
Team members
Once your Nearmap administrator has linked your organization's accounts, you'll be able to log in to the OpenSolar platform and start creating designs and proposals using Nearmap's high resolution imagery.
Log in to Nearmap and click on the Go to OpenSolar button.
