Searching for a Location
When searching for an address in Betterview, there may be rare instances where you need to use the Latitude and Longitude coordinates of the location.
To do this you will:
Open a Google Chrome browser and go to Google Maps
Enter the address in the search bar to find the location
Right-click on the red pinpoint above the location
Left-click on the coordinates to copy

Once the coordinates of the location have been copied, in the Betterview platform you will:
Right-click in the search bar and select "Paste"
Paste the coordinates into the search bar
Allow the system to search for the address using the coordinates
- Select the address that matches the coordinates
