Nearmap account administrators attend to all account maintenance tasks. There are two administrator roles in MyAccount:
- Account administrators - Can view account subscription and usage details, invite team members to the account and manage team member permissions. Account admins can also set up API applications and configure integrations such as GeoData Link depending upon your subscriptions.
- Billing administrators - Have additional permissions to view the account billing information and update the Credit Card payment details if this payment method is selected.
Viewing account administrators
To find out who your Nearmap account administrators are:
- Log in to Nearmap at https://apps.nearmap.com/account.
- Click your Profile button located in the top right corner.
- Select Account admins.
As a default, all administrators are listed. The Role column indicates the type of administrator.
You can also view your account information on the Support tab. In the ACCOUNT ADMINS box on the right, click ACCOUNT ADMINS.
To view only account or billing administrators, click Filter and select the required option as shown below.
Contacting your administrators
Click the Copy button at the end of the row to copy your administrator's email address to the Clipboard. Paste it in your email message to contact your administrator.
