1. Betterview creates your account
Once your organization has agreed to partner with Betterview, the first step is account setup. As part of the onboarding process, your internal point of contact will provide Betterview with a list of employees that need access to the Betterview platform.
Betterview then creates an account for each email address included in that list. This means that (1) your Betterview username = your work email, and (2) your account is tied to your parent organization. This last piece is important because it means you will have access to all orders that have been placed by anyone within your organization.
2. Check your inbox for a welcome email
As soon as Betterview has created your account you will receive an email from our support team titled "Welcome to Betterview."
Open the email and click the blue button "Set Your Password."
3. Set your password
Clicking the button will open a new tab in your browser asking you to change your password (please note the password rules below). Type in your password of choice in the first input field, then again in the second input field. Once you've chosen your password, click the orange button with the arrow. If your passwords do not match, you will be asked to make a correction.
4. Start using the platform!
That's it! You now have access to the Betterview platform. Explore the dashboard and gain insights into the orders that have been placed by others in your organization.
