Which orders are Non-productive?
When a user places an order and the system is unable to process an approved Property Profile, the system will mark this as a non-productive order. The image below provides an example of what a user may see.
Non-Productive Reasons
Listed below are the reasons why a Property Profile may become non-productive:
Location Unclear / Address Invalid - the address was incorrect or the Lat/Long was incorrect (ex. "1/2 - 1/3 Main, SF)
No Roof - we did not detect a roof where the building is
Duplicate - we found a duplicate order for this property (this often happens in bulk uploads)
Boundary Issues / Parcel Issue - we were unable to find a parcel boundary
Imagery Issue - the imagery may have been available but it is not the best quality
No imagery coverage - our third-party provider does not have imagery at this time for this location
Boundary Too Large - the parcel boundary is over our set limit of about 69 acres
Detection Issue - the system was unable to score, produce spotlights, etc.
Geocoding Issue - the system was unable to find the Lat/Long or address
Footprint Issue - our third-party provider is unable to provide footprints for the buildings within the parcel
Available Imagery Excluded - if the customer has set any parameters for imagery such as “exclude imagery 2 years or older”
Determining the Status of a Profile from the Search Bar
When you search for an address in our search function, all results that may be similar to what you entered will appear. If an order in the results shows APPROVED, this means we were able to process a full Property Profile. If and address in the results shows wording in orange this means the order is non-productive and we were not able to process a full Property Profile. The wording in orange will tell you why we were not able to process the order.
