This article is here to help you if your login to Nearmap via Delegated Authentication has failed.
There are certain errors that can occur when you log in via Delegated Authentication. Some of the errors can be first directed to your IT department, while others require Nearmap's support.
These are the errors you may encounter:

Unable to obtain required user claims from External Identity Provider
Cause : This error occurs when you try to log in and your IdP software is not configured to send the required claims to Nearmap.
Resolution: Check that you have configured your claims according to the instructions provided in the article: Microsoft Azure AD.
Not a registered Nearmap user
Cause : This occurs when you log in without having accepted an invitation to sign up for Nearmap.
Resolution: Contact your account administrator. They can also set up JIT provisioning to allow you to log in without the need for an invitation.
User is not enabled
Cause: This error occurs when the user successfully authenticated with their directory, but is not marked as an enabled user in MyAccount.
Resolution: If you see this error, please contact your internal support team/administrator, and ask them to grant you access within MyAccount.
Not authorized to access this site
Cause : You will see this error if you are not in an authorised security group in your company's directory.
Resolution: If you see this error, please contact your internal IT department for assistance.
Unable to sign user in

Cause: You will see this error when you trying to log to an non-authorised security group in your company's directory.
Resolution: If you see this error, please contact your internal IT department for assistance.
