Viewing the site list
The List tab displays a list of the sites that you've added or uploaded to Roof Assessment. This view provides an overview of each site, which you can browse and get an idea of the roof condition at the site.
When you select one or more sites in this view, you can edit the assignees and tags for those sites, or delete the selected site or sites.
Use the List view to browse the sites in your portfolio and the associated roof details, detections, assignees and so on. This view provides a summary of each site in your portfolio at a single glance.
The List view displays the following details (which can be configured) for each site:
- Site name - This is the address or the name of the site.
- Roof Spotlight Index (RSI) - The RSI is measures the overall condition of a roof. It provides accurate insights about roof conditions for several industries including Insurance and Property Asset Management. It provides a score for each roof detected at the site. The color of the ring around the roof score, which can be in the range of 0-100 indicates the condition of the roof, with 0 indicating a roof with severe defects and 100 indicating no visible defects. For more information on how the RSI is calculated and how to interpret it, see RSI in Roof Assessment.
- Detections - This is a list of the detections that correspond to the roof score. Detections include details such as roof staining, ponding, patching, structural damage and so on. For more information, see AI Detections in Roof Assessment.
- ID - Unique identifier of the site.
- Primary address - The main address at which the roofs have been detected.
- Tags - Any tags you've added to the site for easy identification or any other purpose.
- Assignees - Users who can view and collaborate on this site.
- Property type - whether the site is commercial, industrial, or residential. Note that you need to update the value for property type; it does not come from the app.
- Date added - Date on which the site was added to the Roof Assessment application.
- Latest capture - Date on which the imagery for the site was last captured. This marks the latest date when Nearmap started covering your site (area) to capture aerial imagery. This date of capture is also referred to as the Survey Date.
