While placing a One-Off Order there is a section titled "Show Additional Company Data". All fields are optional unless otherwise noted.
This article will go over the different options and what they do:
- Parcel Boundary: This field will show you the size of the Boundary. This is helpful when the Boundary is Too Large and you need to make it smaller.
2. Edit/Redraw: Use this option to edit or redraw the boundary.
3. Secondary ID: Enter a second external ID here. This field is optional.
4. Renewal Date: Enter a Renewal Date here that will show up in the Profile. This date does not affect imagery selection or Subscription Settings.
5. Assign Internally: Enter the Users name or email address here of who you would like to assign the profile to.
6. Structure Type and Total Square Footage: These fields allow you to add a Structure Type and Sq Ft but are only necessary if your Product requires E2Value data. If you fail to provide this field the E2Value data will return N/A in the results.
7. Latitude & Longitude: This field allows you to enter Coordinates when needed.
8. Claim #: Enter your claim number here if applicable
9. Policy #: Enter your Policy # here if applicable
10. As of Date: Enter an As-of-Date here, the imagery the system selects will be prior to your As-of-Date
11: Insured Name: Enter your Insureds Name here
12: Date of Loss: Enter your Date of Loss here, the imagery the system selects will be prior to your Date of Loss.
13. Loss Value: Enter your Loss Amount here
14. Agent Code: Enter an Agent Code here
15. Agent Name: Enter an Agent Name here
16. Renewal Date: Enter a Renewal Date here that will show up in the Profile. This date does not affect imagery selection or Subscription Settings
17. Premium Value: Enter your Premium Value here
18. Program Code: Enter your Program Code here
19. Cause of Loss: Enter a Cause of Loss here
