In addition to viewing location details in MapBrowser, you can view detailed insights about your property, parcel or place of interest.
Property insights are available for any "marked" location, that is, any site to which you have added a location marker.
Viewing property insights
- Enable the Boundaries option in the Layer Manager → Data Layers panel.
- Click the location marker. The marker details are displayed in the Inspector Panel.
- Click the Property Insights icon. Property insights are displayed for the building and parcel depending upon the location including AI data. Note that you can only view one set of AI data at a time.
Building insights
Building insights provides the following AI layer data about the building:
- Building attributes including the building footprint, height and number of stories in the building
- Roof object: solar panels
- Roof attributes including roof material, shape and pitch
To view the associated data, click the Show button. This is a toggle a button that can used to show or hide AI data. Note that you can only view one set of AI data at a time.
NOTE: The AI area and building footprint calculations are are very close estimations of the actual measurements. It is recommended that you verify the AI data displayed here on the imagery for accurate results.
IMPORTANT: If building insights are not available on a particular survey date, the following message is displayed. All you need to do is select a different survey date to view the property insights.
Parcel insights
Parcel insights provides the following details about the parcel:
- Parcel details including area, parcel status, parcel type, plan number, lot number, locality and state
- AI layer data for concrete slab and vegetation
To view the associated AI data, click the Show button.
