Bulk Order Template - Version 2.0

When you download our template, you might be wondering what each of the column headers means and what the information will be used for. Most of the fields names are self-explanatory. We have added notes to the fields that need explanation.

You can continue to use the old bulk upload template. However, it is recommended that you use the new template. You must switch to the new template if you want to use the Account and Policy feature.

Because of the limitations of the CSV format, we have maintained backwards compatibility with the V1 uploader fields by writing the same value from certain columns such as policy_number to the Policy Information section of a Property Profile as well as the new Account and Policy sections. Other such columns include premium_value and program_code.

Required columns

Address	123 Main St	Building number and street name with a maximum limit of 100 characters. If the input exceeds 100 characters, it will be truncated to that limit.

Required whenever Account and Policy fields are used. The Policy Number can be a generated value, property address, or other unique identifier if a real policy number is not available. This field will also be saved to Policy Information.

We strongly recommend using a unique value for the policy number. This cannot be reused across multiple properties/accounts.

Cause of Loss	collapsed roof	Denotes the underlying conditions or events that caused the loss to occur.

Optional columns - Miscellaneous

External ID	1034857	This will be an internal ID you use to identify/find the property. Example: policy number, claim number, quote number, etc. Will be truncated to 100 characters if the input is longer than that.
Secondary External ID	Department name, region, etc.	An additional method of identifying a policy internally. Will be truncated to 100 characters if the input is longer than that.
Latitude & Longitude	37.772660, -122.402330	If provided, we'll use the lat/long values instead of the address to locate the property and score it. The latitude Must be between -90 and 90, and the longitude must be between -180 and 180.
Product Identifier	PropertyPulse, PropertyAction, etc.	Your account was set up to allow you to place orders for certain "Profile Types" depending on what your organization purchased. If you have one profile type, you have the option to keep it blank and move forward with your bulk order. If your organization has more than one, we will use the default configured for the workspace if this field is left blank.
