  • Temporary repairs such as tarps and boarded up areas are signs that a building has structural damage

  • Buildings under construction
  • Buildings under construction covered with synthetic (plastic) underlayment material
  • Buildings with only 1 wall standing - this is considered building structural loss
  • Collapsed buildings with no standing structural features - those are building structural loss
  • Roofs detached by a damage event. These are considered junk/wreckage, no longer a roof
