What are workspaces?
Workspaces are different groups of property profiles you can switch between.
How to switch between workspaces
In the top right corner of your dashboard, click your name. This will open a panel with your current workspace. To see your other available workspaces, click 'show my other workspaces'. A text field will be displayed. Type the name of the Workspace you want to switch to. If you have access to that workspace, it should appear in the text field.
Alternatively, type in the name of your Client Account and you will be able to see all workspaces to which you have access.
A prompt asking if you want to "Switch your current workspace?" is displayed. Click the 'Switch' button to confirm.
How to set a default workspace
By setting a workspace as your default, this will ensure the same workspace will open every time you log in to the Betterview platform.
After switching workspaces, click on your name again in the top right corner of your dashboard. Click 'make this my default' to set your default workspace. As a confirmation of the action, the text will change to 'default workspace'.
