There are currently 3 types of flags we identify: High, Medium, and Low Priority Flags.
What triggers these flags are pre-determined rules set by each customer according to their own specific requirements and needs. For example, if your Organization considers Swimming Pools to be of a Medium Priority, we can set a rule so that any property with an identified Swimming Pool generates a Medium Priority Flag.
If flags need to be customized, please reach out to your Sales Rep or your Customer Success Manager.
Things to remember about our Flagging System:
- We can customize the flag rules to fit your organizations need!
- Any information we surface in our user interface can be set as a Flag e.g., Pool, Yard Debris, Solar Panels, Worn Shingles, you name it!
- Flags are there for your convenience only! You can choose to ignore them, review them, take action or clear them if needed.
- Flags can be filtered in the Dashboard.
- Each Individual Flag will include all the buildings in the Profile that are considered to be of that priority type meaning we will not generate a flag per building, but will group all the buildings of that Priority under one Flag.
In the example below, we generated a Medium Priority Flag for Building 7, and a Low Priority Flag for Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
