From your Betterview dashboard, click the "Search by address, ID, or lat/long" search bar. Enter the address you are looking for. If there's an existing order, you can see it here under "Open an Existing Property Profile". Helpful TipsIf you cannot find the existing order, try searching by the External ID. The External ID will be the internal identifier for that property (ex. policy number). At times, the system might not recognized abbreviations such as "Ln" for "Lane" or "Ct" for "Court". First try the abbreviation and then try spelling out the full word. If you are still unable to find the property, you may need to run a new property profile order.
