This section explains what to do if you cannot see Australia or New Zealand in the WMTS feed in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.3.x.
Problem: When connecting to the WMTS endpoint for Australia or New Zealand in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.3.x, only the northern hemisphere can be seen.
Solution: You should simply be able to zoom in on the southern hemisphere. At a zoom level of 1:200,000,000, Australia and New Zealand will be revealed.
