The List view displays a breakdown of your portfolio by region and by individual properties. To switch to the List view, click the List button. Apply the required filters to narrow down the properties you are interested in. Click on a column to sort the data by that column.
List by properties
As a default, the View is set to Properties. For each property, its address, county, ZIP (ZCTA), State, RSI, TIV, Land use, and other fields are displayed. You can click on a State to go down to the County view, and then click on a county to go down to a ZIP code, and then click on a ZIP to go to the individual address level.
Use the Columns dropdown to select the data to be shown or hidden from the following list:

Address | Complete address of each property. |
County | Name of the county in which the property is located. |
ZIP (ZCTA) | ZIP code (ZCTA) for the property. |
State | Name of the US state in which the property is located. |
RSI | RSI of the roof. If there are multiple roofs at the property, the RSI will be one of the following values based on your configuration: - Worst score in parcel
- Largest roof's score (by area)
- Roof area-weighted average
- Parcel mean

TIV | Total insured value |
Flags | List of flags set for each property in the portfolio |
Land use | The land use classification for the property - whether it's residential, commercial, industrial, etc. |
Policy ID | The unique identifier of the insurance policy associated with this property. |
Renewal date | The date on which the policy for the property is due for renewal. |
Days until renewal | The number of days left until the policy is due for renewal. |
Survey date | The date of the survey from which the score and other Nearmap data are displayed. |
Agent | The name of the agent responsible for managing the policy. |
Underwriter | Name of the insurance underwriter |
Clicking a property in the list will open its profile in Betterview.
List by regions
To view the portfolio by region, select Regions from the View dropdown. In this view, the region-wise property distribution across your portfolio is shown. You'll see details such as the number of properties in your portfolio per region, portfolio average RSI, and so on.
Use the Columns dropdown to select the data to be shown or hidden from the following list:

State | US state in which properties from the portfolio are located. If you apply a state or county filter, data from the next level down will be displayed. For example, if a state filter is applied, you'll see the County name column first. |
Portfolio Properties | Number of properties in the portfolio located in the area. |
Portfolio average RSI | Average RSI of the roofs for your portfolio properties in the area. |
Key Insights | Shows a summary of the RSI, and a color-coded dot representing the summary. For example, Below benchmark. |
TIV | Total insured value |
Percent of total portfolio | Number of properties expressed as a percentage of the portfolio. |
Percent of filtered portfolio | Percentage of properties that are in your portfolio as a share of the filtered results. |
