Portfolio Benchmarking in Portfolio Intelligence gives you a single view of the condition of every property in your book of business based on the Roof Spotlight Index (RSI). It scores your properties, compares them to an external benchmark, and shows you where your portfolio is performing above or below expectation, both on a map and across summary charts.
This article introduces the main dashboard and explains each area of the interface. Use it to orient yourself before you start filtering, drilling into regions, or exporting data.
The dashboard is divided into two panels:
- A panel on the left displaying your portfolio summary and two analytical charts.
- An interactive map on the right side. A toolbar runs across the top, which controls how you view your portfolio and manage the underlying data. This view can be changed to view a list of the data.
The table below provides information about each element in the Portfolio Benchmarking page.
Ref | Description |
|---|
1 | List and Map buttons to switch between two ways of viewing your data. Map presents your properties geographically while List presents them in a sortable table. The button for the selected view is highlighted. |
2 | List of filters to narrow down the portfolio to a subset of properties. Applied filters are displayed to the left of the Filter option. You can add as many options as you want.
