Property profile
You can switch from Regional view to Property view by clicking on a dot in the map. The colour of the dot indicates the RSI score or lowest RSI score in case of multiple buildings. Hovering over a dot displays the address, RSI and the number of buildings at the property.

Property details including the RSI score, policy information, flags, construction details, occupancy details, and other details across the following tabs in the left:
- Summary
- Construction
- Occupancy
- Protection
- Exposure
- Determination
The map displays the property boundary. If there are multiple buildings at the property, they are indicated by numbers on the map.
The map also displays AI layers like overhang, roof staining, etc. Hover over a layer to see the measurement of the affected area. Click on a building number to view a zoomed in view of the building.
Summary tab
The Summary tab displays thumbnails of the overhead, oblique and street view. Click on the thumbnail you to view. The overhead map is displayed as a default.
Below that, it displays the following tabs:
- Roof Spotlight Index - this shows the three lowest scores and the highest roof score with the building numbers in case of multiple buildings.
- Building Roof Scores - this is a list with the individual roof score for each building along with the RSI, Confidence, Footprint (area) and Shape.
- Policy Information - this shows the policy details and the value of the premium.
- Flags - this shows the cleared and uncleared flags for the property.
Construction tab
The Construction tab shows:
- BuildZoom - this includes the buildings' permit data and analysis. The timeline of obtained permits is displayed here along with the value of each permit.
- Roof Spotlights - this displays roof features such as staining, overhang, etc and identifies the presence of chimneys, satellite dishes and vents on the roof, and their details as shown below.
- Property Features - this includes features of the property such as presence of car, patio furniture, stained pavement and so on.
- Roof Size & Shape - this is a list with the individual roof score for each building along with the RSI, Shape, Material and Area.
- Assessor and MLS Details - this is a list of property details including the built-up area, number of stories, and so on.
Occupancy tab
The Occupancy tab shows Ownership and Place Detail including:
- Owner's name
- Last sale date and price
- Land use details
- Vacancy status
- Zoning and so on
Exposure tab
The Protection tab shows:
- Risk Index based on FEMA guidelines
- Vulnerability/peril risk score for wind, hail and additional perils
Use this information to assess the property and arrive at a suitable action, for example to renew or not to renew an existing policy.
Determination tab
The Determination tab shows the cleared and uncleared flags for the property.
Use the Action Taken options under the New Entry tab to indicate whether you have renewed the policy, made an amendment, etc., after which you can clear the flag(s). Select the History tab to view any actions you may have taken earlier.
Select New Entry and choose an action from the following:
- Quote/New Business
- Renewal
- Amendment
- Claim
When you select one of these, several options related to the selected option are displayed. You can select one or more relevant options and save the changes.
Viewing building details
To view building details, click on a building number in the map. The map automatically zooms in to display the building overlaid with AI layers for any roof attributes that have been flagged. On the left, you'll see the RSI along with the roof spotlights, roof attributes. Below that you'll see a chart showing the vulnerability score for one or more perils and Defensible Space. This view also displays how the buildings are laid out at the property.
