Understanding the MyAccount interface
To get started using MyAccount, let's take you through a description of the MyAccount interface.
There are four main tabs in MyAccount. Depending upon your role, you may or may not see some tabs. For example, the Account, Billing tab is visible only to administrators.
- Dashboard: Displayed when you log in with notifications about your account and links to your saved projects. Different details are displayed for administrators and users.
- Account: Allows administrators to manage users, subscriptions and billing. Allows all users to view their usage.
- Integrations: Allows administrators to create API applications. Allows all users to create API keys for API applications and services.
- Support: Provides information about MyAccount, troubleshooting tips and FAQ and a form to contact Nearmap Support with your queries.

The following icons allows users to perform operations in bulk, for example, delete multiple API keys. Some operations are available only to administrators.
||Edit: Allows users to edit multiple rows of information. For example, if an administrator wants to change the subscription for multiple users, they can select all those users and edit their subscription.|
||Delete: Allows users to delete multiple rows of information. For example, an administrator can delete multiple API applications while a user can delete multiple API keys.|
||Refresh: Refresh the list. For example, an API key.|
||Copy: Copy to Clipboard. For example, an API key.|
||More Options: Displays additional options such as Rename or Delete within a dialogue box.|
MyAccount allows you to perform bulk updates - edit and delete operations for a list, such as list of users or list of API keys.
A check box is provided next to each row in a list. To select list items, select the row and clear the selection to deselect. You can then edit or delete the selected list items. For example, you can select multiple services, and delete them in a single click.
You can search by specifying a part of or the entire search term.
For example, an administrator can find users by their name, email address or subscription name. So, to find all users whose name starts with the letter "J", they would simply type "J". Search is case insensitive, that is, you can enter the search term in upper, lower or mixed case.
Click x to clear the search and close the search box.
Use filters to show or hide specific information. For example, an administrator can choose to view only active users for a specific subscription.
You can sort information in ascending or descending alphabetical order of fields such as Name or Email. Where other information such as date is available, you can sort by ascending or descending order of date (shown below).
Up arrow indicates ascending order while Down arrow indicates descending order. Click the arrow to sort the information.
