Common OperationsBulk updates
MyAccount allows you to perform bulk updates - edit and delete operations for a list, such as list of users or list of API keys.
A check box is provided next to each row in a list. To select list items, select the row and clear the selection to deselect. You can then edit or delete the selected list items. For example, you can select multiple services, and delete them in a single click.
Searching
You can search by specifying a part of or the entire search term.
For example, an administrator can find users by their name, email address or subscription name. So, to find all users whose name starts with the letter "J", they would simply type "J". Search is case insensitive, that is, you can enter the search term in upper, lower or mixed case.
Click x to clear the search and close the search box.
Filtering
Use filters to show or hide specific information. For example, an administrator can choose to view only active users for a specific subscription.
Sorting
You can sort information in ascending or descending alphabetical order of fields such as Name or Email. Where other information such as date is available, you can sort by ascending or descending order of date (shown below).
Up arrow indicates ascending order while Down arrow indicates descending order. Click the arrow to sort the information.
