The Order History page is located in the "hamburger" which can be found to the left of the Betterview logo in the image below.
Once on the Order History page, you will be able to see all of the addresses that have been ordered in that workspace from all time. The purpose of this page is to show you if the order that was placed was approved or if it became non-productive.
First, you will be able to see if the order has been completed (approved) or became non-productive in the far right column, shown below. This will help you understand if you are able to click on that address and be taken to an approved order or not.
Second, you will be able to see the reason why an order became non-productive. In the image below you can see that these orders became non-productive because there was no imagery coverage available for that address, at this time.
Lastly, if you are visiting the order history page and you want to see the property profile for any address that is approved, just click right on the address shown and you will be taken to the order.
