- From your Betterview dashboard, click the "Lookup by US address or Lat,Lng" search bar.
2. Enter the address you want to order. If an older order exists, you can see it here under "Open an Existing Property Profile".
3. Scroll down to "Run a New Property Profile" and click the address you want to order. This will bring you to the "Order Property Profile" page.
Ordering Your Property Profile
In the External ID field, enter an external ID for your property. This can be a policy number, claim number, or any other identifier. Please note if your External ID contains a space the system won't be able to show it in the search results. No Spaces preferred.
Next, select your Product Type. If you only have access to 1 Product Type this will be automatically selected for you.
Once you entered your External ID and Product Type you can finish placing the order by clicking on "Analyze This Property", but there are additional options available under the "Show Additional Company Data" section if needed.
