Overview
The Nearmap Roof Condition product provides insights about the roof(s) at a given address, with which you can get a detailed analysis of the roof condition output as raw data in CSV or JSON formats, or in an easy-to-read PDF. The analysis consists of information drawn from Nearmap Generation 5 AI layers related to roof condition, shape, and material. The Roof Condition product delivers AI-driven roof insights via the Nearmap Transactional Content API.
In order to access Nearmap Roof Condition, you must have a subscription for the product.
NOTE: Nearmap Roof Condition is currently available to US customers only.
Nearmap Roof Condition can:
- Be integrated into internal application management systems within insurance companies to expedite underwriters making decisions based on field inspections
- Help carriers make informed decisions in their quote, binding and field inspection prioritization processes
- Help with historical checks or act as a reference as needed for fraudulent claims or renewal processes
