If you or someone on your team needs access to Betterview, we can take care of that for you. All you have to do is send an email to our support team with a few details.
Email our support team at support@betterview.com with the following information:
Indicate you need an account created for a colleague
Colleague's first and last name
Colleague's email address
Colleague's job title
If your company has multiple organizations, indicate which organization this person needs access to
After you send that email, someone from the support team will respond to let you know we're working on the request. As soon as Betterview has created that new account, our support team will send an email to the inbox associated with the account titled "Welcome to Betterview." Follow the prompt to set a password. We'll then ask to log in with that new password. For more information on logging in for the first time, please check out this article on how to log in for the first time.
