Overview
Nearmap PropertyVision is a web-based portal that combines Nearmap imagery and AI data to deliver comprehensive insights about a property. The portal offers a brand new platform in which you can view Nearmap Vertical and Oblique imagery and AI-based insights at a property level.
NOTE: PropertyVision is currently available only to our insurance customers.
Nearmap PropertyVision:
- Delivers comprehensive property insights in way that it can be used in different workflows
- Allows you to focus on a single property at a time
- Presents insights in an easy-to-understand format within a simple but intuitive interface
- Provides a versatile solution that combines information from various sources and presents it in a single page - Vertical and Oblique imagery, parcel information, AI attributes, roof condition details and street view
Subscription information
Nearmap PropertyVision combines insights from several different Nearmap products. The insights displayed depend upon the subscriptions you have.
- At a minimum, you need a subscription to Nearmap AI. PropertyVision AI insights use up AI credits.
- You can view roof condition data if you have a subscription to Nearmap Roof
- If you wish to view to view post-catastrophe surveys within PropertyVision, you will need a subscription for Nearmap ImpactResponse Imagery and Damage Detections AI.
PropertyVision insights
Nearmap PropertyVision compiles and presents a range of property attributes including:
- Property and parcel attributes
- Building attributes
- Roof Condition score and related AI attributes such as roof material, shape, area, etc.
- Other AI attributes such as presence of a swimming pool at the property
- Post-catastrophe imagery and attributes via the ImpactResponse Imagery and Damage Detection AI products
You can manage address data efficiently by uploading up to 1000 addresses in one go to access detailed property data remotely.
Viewing property insights
All you need to do is search for an address or upload a CSV file with a list of addresses in the specified format. Relevant property data is presented in an intuitive format. In addition, you can view data from post-catastrophe surveys and roof condition assessment data depending upon your subscription.
