1. Having trouble getting past the log in page? Not to fret!
Okay, if you're on the log in page, look for the blue "Log In" button. Right above that button is a link that says "Don't remember your password?" Click that link (green dot below).
2. Enter your email address
Type in your email address (green dot below) and click the blue "Send Email" button. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
3. Check your inbox
Shortly after clicking the "Send Email" button you will receive an email from our support team titled "Reset your password."
Open the email and click the blue "click here" link.
4. Set a new password
The "click here" link will open a new tab in your browser asking you to change your password (please note the password rules below). Type in your password of choice in the first input field, then again in the second input field. Once you've chosen your password, click the orange button with the arrow. If your passwords do not match, you will be asked to make a correction.
5. Use your new password to log in
The last step is to use your new password to log in. Type in your email and your newly created password and click the blue "Log In" button. That's it!
