There are two ways to create a new project in the PROJECTS dialog:
- By default, your work area is saved as a project called "Untitled Project". You can save the project with a suitable name. Name your project by clicking on the default project name.
- Click the Projects icon in the sidebar. Click NEW PROJECT in the Project dialog. An untitled project is created.
NOTE: Add labels to your project to keep better track of your work. Click and type a label name where you see +Add Label and press Enter.
Projects are automatically saved as you make changes, so there is no need to manually save your projects.
The project will save the way you last left it. In other words, when you re-open the project it will be at the same zoom, rotation, base layer, etc. as it was when you last left it. If you have shared the project with other users, their edits will also be visible in the project when you open the project again.
Renaming a projectTo rename a project, double-click the project name. Type the new name and press Enter.
Alternatively, click the context menu and select Rename.
You can rename a project in both the MY PROJECTS and ARCHIVED tabs.
