Talk To Us Now
To access Betterview's "Talk To Us Now" feature, click the Menu Option located towards the top right hand side of the screen, then click on "Talk to Us Now" to open the Chat Feature.
Once the Chat Screen has been opened, send us a message by typing into the text field. You will receive some suggestions on articles that might be helpful but you can click on "Talk to a person" and the next available Team Member will be right with you.
Help Center
To access the Help Desk from the Chat Feature, click on the back arrow located towards the top-right of the Chat Box, then click the Home option towards the bottom and scroll down until you find the Help Center.
