Subscribing to our status page updates will ensure you receive an email when an incident occurs. These email updates are the fastest way for us to push this information out to you and keep you posted on the details of what has occurred and our plan for resolution.
Can I see the status in Betterview's Tower platform?
Yes, status is always available in our chat function in the lower right hand corner of the platform. When you open the chat function, scroll all the way to the bottom of the main chat modal and you'll see "Status" listed as the last item. Clicking on that Status card will bring you to an in-app version of our status page, where you can access all of the same information and functionality offered on status.betterview.com.
