We've made several updates to MapBrowser this month. Read on to find out about improvements to the rectangle tool, projects, context menu and keyboard shortcuts.
Rectangle Rotation
Easily rotate a rectangle using any of its vertices without having to specify the angle of rotation in the Inspector panel.
For details, see Measure Vertical Imagery.
Duplicate Projects
Have a MapBrowser project with information that you'd like to use in a new project?
Head over to the MapBrowser Projects dialogue to duplicate all the information from an existing project to your new project. Rename your new project and you're done!
For details, see Projects Tool.
Context Menu
Right-click on the map to access the context menu to:
- Add a marker to the map
- View Oblique photos
- Navigate to Google Street View
- Copy location information including address, coordinates and the MapBrowser link for a selected marker
Keyboard Shortcuts
Several new keyboard shortcuts have been introduced, which will make frequent actions easier to perform.
For example, you can use keyboard shortcuts to rotate lines and shapes, rotate the map and increase or decrease measurements.
For details, see MapBrowser Keyboard Shortcuts.
