Monitoring: Change Over Time Email Notifications
Configuration: Contact support to ensure configuration of change-over-time flags.
User Limitation: Subscription monitoring of properties must be enabled for customers.

Betterview has expanded the capabilities of both our flagging and our subscription monitoring functionalities to now include the ability for individual users to receive email notifications on properties that have shown a critical change over time. Users can opt in to one or many of the individual flags configured for notifications. On a weekly or monthly basis, those users will receive an email digest that includes a summary of all properties that had changed and a link directing them to a listing page to review all properties with those changes.
This new functionality will allow customers to keep track of the changing nature of key aspects of their book. As an example, we can now configure notifications to identify things like “solar panels have been added,” "the score has dropped by 30+ points,” or “new damage has been detected,” among many other permutations.

Commenting System

Betterview has now released a new feature that allows users to collaborate with other team members directly within a property profile. The new Commenting system will let users who are evaluating individual properties now make comments about any risk profiles shown on the property, and they can mention (using the @ symbol) any other colleague with a Betterview login to direct them to the property. Any other user reviewing a posted comment can reply, in line, to continue the conversation with their team.
Further, the new Commenting system allows users to associate comments with geospatial locations on the property image. This will supply a richer context within each comment as each dropped pin presents a location-aware callout that helps users visually see property attributes that may act as opportunities to holistically manage the risk profile at each location.
Each @ mention or reply to a comment will trigger email notifications to those users, letting them know that they’ve received a new comment and that they can visit the property profile to continue the conversation.
