Dark Images

Description

Images appear darker compared to same images in another user's MapBrowser.

Cause

This could happen if you have the Boundary or Roads Overlay turned on and the Background or Opacity settings is greater than zero.

Resolution

Locate the layers button in the side panel on the left of your MapBrowser.
Expand Data layers.
Either deselect the Boundary/Roads Overlay layer or make sure the Background or Opacity is set to zero. See View Boundaries for more information.
