If your export fails in your downloads page you should see a red “Failed” status next to your download.
As the download has not been processed you have not been charged at this point. Our developers will be automatically notified about the error and will investigate what went wrong.
Please do not request a new export for the same location until we have had a chance to investigate and resolve the error.
