Nearmap reports the health of all our production systems on our Service Status page: www.nearmap.com/status. We encourage you to subscribe to updates on our status page so that you receive an email for all updates on production incidents and planned maintenance. To subscribe for updates, click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES at the top of the status page.
The Status page displays:
- The current status of a system
- A timeline of how long the system has been operational without downtime
- The percentage of uptime
If a system has subsystems, you can view the status of each subsystem by clicking the plus sign in front of the system name.
Below the status, you will see a list of past incidents in reverse chronological order - the most recent date is displayed first. Use the Incident History link to view a list of past incidents.
Understanding the Timeline
Green bars in the timeline reflect that the system is operational. An amber bar indicates that some components have had an outage while a red bar indicates a major outage.
Hovering over a bar provides information about the status at that point in time.
