Nearmap Roof Condition delivers AI-driven roof insights drawn from Nearmap Generation 5 AI layers related to roof condition, shape and material via the Nearmap Transactional Content API. The assessment data is delivered via an API, which allows you to integrate it into your own applications and workflows. All you need to do is supply the address of the property for which you want to assess the roof condition, and the required survey date.
The API can return the roof condition assessment data in three different formats:
- PDF - This document provides detailed individual and aggregated scores for all roof(s) at the given address with accompanying imagery of each roof.
- CSV - Provides raw roof condition assessment data in CSV format.
- JSON - This is a text-based format representing roof condition assessment data in a structured manner.
The score that Nearmap Roof Condition provides is only a guidance of the roof condition and must be corroborated with data from additional sources.
