What is PropertyVision?
Nearmap PropertyVision is a web-based portal that combines Nearmap Vertical imagery and AI data to deliver comprehensive insights about a property. The portal offers a brand new platform in which you can view Nearmap Vertical and Oblique imagery and AI-based insights at a property level. LEARN MORE

PropertyVision Basics
- Look up by property address: Quickly look up an address and assess the property and its neighborhood all at once. View the property information, building and roof condition and other AI-based insights for informed decision-making.
- Upload and view multiple addresses: Upload up to 250 addresses using a CSV file and browse property insights for multiple properties. To look up more properties, delete the existing set of addresses and upload a different set.
- Compare with historical data: PropertyVision displays data from the latest survey as a default. You can identify changes by comparing data from the latest survey to data from any historical survey, and view imagery from both survey side-by-side.
- Take measurements: Measurement tools in PropertyVision allow you to measure length and area on the map.
