Is there a way to down load mark up lines, rectangles, circles from near map? With Georeference would be ideal. Thanks

Hi When trying to download a high quality aerial image, the download comes through as low quality, no matter what I choose. I even found a higher resolution image for free on another website. Im trying to upload a KMZ file from Google Earth. It says uploaded but no pins appear on Nearmap. any idea why?
