    Hi Ethan,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The blurry imagery that you have shown here is unfortunately a hole in our imagery capture. Rather than leaving holes as black or white empty space we fill them with the lower resolution capture of the same area. This means its blurry when you zoom in.

This issue was caused by turbulence. When we are capturing a survey and the plane is affected by turbulence the camera is significantly jostled. This will naturally result in a hole in our capture. When we fly though we take a lot of redundant images to attempt to mitigate this issue. If the turbulence is large enough though the system is unable to capture enough redundant imagery to completely fill the hole. As such we are left with sharp edged holes in our imagery, like this.

Unfortunately we are unable to repair the error and completely fill the hole. We have already processed and used the redundant imagery to repair as much of the hole as we can. This is the best we can provide you for that capture. This is an unavoidable issue with large scale imagery surveying by light aircraft.

We apologise for the inconvenience this causes. We would recommend checking a previous capture or wait for our next survey of the region.
