Options

We’ve received an email notification advising that100% of our monthly data allowance has been used. Can you advise what that means for usage for the rest of July, and/or if we will be charged for exceeding our limit?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Nearmap accounts can be set to hold at their usage limit or to allow additional usage to be consumed. If an account is held to their usage limit this means that once the limit has been reached no additional Nearmap imagery can be consumed. This includes API access or MapBrowser access.

    The decision to hold an account to their usage limit is made by the account management team. We base this decision from several factors such as:

    • Previous monthly or annual usage behaviour.
    • The account relationship stage, eg: if you are right sizing your subscription at the beginning of your subscription.
    • The agreement you have made with your account management team.
