I can't add a user to my account

I cant invite a user to our Account. It says that they are already on the account but they are not listed in the user panel.

Please help?

    Hi Oliver,

    Great question and a very common question as well!

    It sounds like the user you are trying to invite is in the Deactivated list. I would try filtering your User list to the Deactivated list and see if the user you are trying to invite is listed there. If they are, simply select the user and reactivate the account!

    I'll leave a link to a document that helps walk you through viewing the Deactivated list. Open it up, scroll down to the section labelled "Searching, Filtering and Sorting" and that should help you find it.
