Nearmap Sync Server Configuration
Has anyone been able to get Nearmap Sync set up?
We are trying to follow the Server Configuration guide that is here
and we have a new install of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 that is federated and we're toying with the idea of adding an ArcGIS Web Adaptor onto a Web Server that is in the DMZ, but we're unsure if that has to be a Web Adaptor for Portal or Server as the documentation is unclear.

We will also notify our documentation team to review the above attached documentation to see if we can make this clearer.
For everyone else that might be reading along our advice is that we need an ArcGIS Web Adaptor to be publicly accessible to allow Nearmap Sync to work correctly. The Web Adaptor is the piece that provides the final URL that lets the connection be established. As such it needs to be accessible by our servers.
