Assessing and tracking on-ground changes through fourth-band imagery

Four-band imagery is multispectral and it’s collected from several parts of the electromagnetic spectrum.
Near Infrared aerial imagery offers visual data in four separate spectral bands (Red, Green, Blue, and Near Infrared) at a resolution of approximately 30cm, enabling you to track smaller on-ground changes more effectively.
Available through GeoTiff format, Nearmap NIR can be consumed by common applications and allow for smaller, incremental changes on the ground to be detected, classified, and monitored over time.
By integrating multi-band imaging into your GIS and mapping tools, you can access more insights.
What are some of the outcomes you can produce?
- Consistent and increased accuracy for multispectral analysis across large areas of land, vegetation, and water resources.
- Combine Nearmap NIR with Nearmap AI to turbocharge change detection and insight generation for your area of interest, remotely.
Would multispectral imagery streamline your analysis and decision making processes?
