Why can't I invite my team to the MapBrowser?

I am trying to help a colleague get back into the Mapbrowser. They can't log in and get the incorrect password error. We have requested a password reset but nothing came through. We get an error when I try to invite them again.
Please help?

Hi Ethan,
I am sorry to hear you are having trouble.
I would recommend checking if the user is disabled. If they are disabled they wont receive the password reset email notification. You also cannot invite someone who is already on the account. If you try you should receive an error indicating this.
You can update their permissions, and enable them again, using these instructions.
