Thanks for reaching out.
The most common reason why a user invitation fails is because the user who is being invited already holds a profile, that is disabled.
If this is the cause of the issue you will need to arrange for your administrator to enable the profile again. You can find instructions for this here.
Unfortunately this community is only setup to naturally support the English language. I have used an online translation tool and hope that the translation is correct.

L'échec d'une invitation utilisateur est souvent dû au fait que l'utilisateur invité possède déjà un profil désactivé.

Malheureusement, cette communauté est configurée pour ne prendre en charge que l'anglais. J'ai utilisé un outil de traduction en ligne et j'espère que la traduction est correcte.
