Hello. I accidentally deleted one of my Feature Groups. It contained a very large amount of data. How can I restore it?

    Hi @PNK_29035,

    Unfortunately we don't have a customer facing restore option. Its not something that you can process yourself. This is most definitely a feature we should build and make available.

    In the mean time we can attempt the restore on your behalf. Ill create a support ticket for you and have someone in US support reach out to discuss this with you. We will need for you to please confirm, on the support ticket, the name of the project and a rough date and time on when you think you deleted the feature group.

    Hello!

    Thank you!
    I am talking about PNK General Dashboard.
    We urgently need to restore two layers which were lost from it
    1) New Sites
    2) Under Contract

    The deletion happened yesterday (08th of October 2025) between 9:45 am ET and 11 am ET

    The email we have, on your community account, looks to have bounced back. We have reached out to you via a private message in the community. Unfortunately it appears to be a bit too late in the day, when we saw your posts here, to call you directly. I apologise for that.

    We are looking into your project now and will attempt a restore, if we can find a good restore point, based on your above information.

    I also removed your comment that included your phone numbers for your privacy but have added the numbers to your support ticket and we will call you tomorrow if we don't hear from you.
