Hey @Andy_32259,
Thanks for reaching out.
This error sounds like its related to the space on your computers Hard Drive. Before doing anything I would double check this using these instructions:
Windows:
- Open This PC (Sometimes its on the desktop). If its not then:
- Open the start menu, then select, or search by typing, file explorer. You should have an option to click "This PC". This will display the storage of your hard drives.
Mac:
- Click the Apple Menu
- About this Mac
- Storage.
On older macs you click:
- System Settings
- General
- Storage
Assuming I am correct and you have run out of disk space then you have a couple of options here:
- Try download the snap shot to a different Hard Drive (If you have multiple hard drives). This could also include removable thumb drives or removable hard drives. You would just need to select the alternative hard drive in the export process.
- Clear some space from your hard drive.
If you would like to clear some space from your hard drive this means uninstalling software from your machine or deleting unwanted content from the computer. The process for this differs depending on the operation system. One place that I would recommend starting with however is your recycle bin. Generally when you delete smaller items they will be placed in the recycle bin. This is your last chance to review an item before its irrevocably deleted. (So make sure you really want to delete it before you clear the recycle bin). In my experience the recycle bin is really easy to overlook. Usually I would run out of disk space and find years of files I intended to be deleted waiting in the recycle bin. If you are happy to remove the files clearing the recycle bin may be a quick way to free up a lot of space. (Just make sure you double check the files before deleting them as once you have they are gone).
You can usually find the recycle bin on the desktop. If not then, on windows, open the start menu and type Recycle. It should locate the recycle bin for you and open a new file when you select it. On a mac you click the trach icon in the right side of the dock at the bottom of the screen.
I hope that this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
