why can't I view the timeline of the property I am searching for?

When searching for a property, I cannot view the timeline to get photos at different periods. why?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Are you receiving an error that looks like this?

    This error occurred because the area I searched was outside of our coverage zone. Is this the error that you are experiencing?

    If it is you can view our coverage at the following website: https://www.nearmap.com/au/coverage

    When viewing areas outside of our coverage zone we will display Here satellite imagery. This imagery will be much lower resolution and is provided for reference to our own area. Your not charged for viewing this imagery.

    Is this the error you are receiving? If you would like to confirm the area you are searching I can confirm if we have captured the area. (Or you can check on our coverage page above 😁)

    Thanks Brendan - but I have just been advised that I have limited access for Nearmap. That may be the reason. Thanks again.

    @Selvasri_33418,

    Thanks for confirming. Yes rookie mistake I should have checked your access. Administrators on accounts are able to license or un-license users from accessing our content.

    You don't need a license to check who your administrator is for your account. You can log into this page to check if you need to contact them.
